The spaces had personality—but online, that didn’t fully translate. They needed listings that worked: consistent voice, guest-friendly galleries, accurate amenities, and synced content across OTAs and direct.

Reordered galleries to a guest-first flow—hero → living → sleep → bath → extras—while selecting hero shots that pop and show real value.

Pushed changes through Hostaway so Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct stayed perfectly in sync—no more messy updates.

Updated Amenities
Built a shared amenity inventory, corrected missing/outdated tags, and leveraged platform-specific filters to boost search and set clear expectations.

Improved the Direct Site
Refreshed the Hostaway direct booking site to match voice, revamped the WordPress/Elementor site for mid-term rentals, launched a separate Hostaway site for mid-term stays.

Built Branded Sub-Pages
Created simple Canva sub-pages for each building—each unique yet still clearly “Unique Away”—and linked back to the Hostaway engine.
